Tribes of Mardi Gras Indians gather at A.L. Davis park and various stops along the parade route to celebrate Super Sunday which traditionally takes place on the Sunday closest to St. Joesph's Day. This year the parade route began and ended at A.L. Davis park and wound it's way throught the streets of New Orleans meeting up with different tribes along the way until one by one each tribe made their way into A.L. Davis to share the day with friends, family, food and of course great music.
